For: Coffee estatesSelective Coffee Picking
Picking only ripe red cherries across repeated rounds without stripping the branch — protecting cup quality and next season's yield.
Shramic Networks trains harvest crews in the real, hands-on skills that coffee, arecanut, and pepper estates depend on — then certifies every worker so estates can hire with confidence.
Each programme is built around the actual work done on a Karnataka plantation — from selective picking to safe palm climbing and post-harvest curing.
